Jan Skubiszewski is a multi-award-winning producer, composer, songwriter, sound engineer, and the owner-operator of Red Moon Studios. He is also a professional multi-instrumentalist. His work as a record producer and composer for film and television has won critical acclaim and a raft of awards and nominations at ARIA , APRA , AIR , Film Critics Circle of Australia , Logie Awards, Screen Music Awards , National Indigenous Music Awards and others.
His work with Mark Ronson, Archie Roach, Illy, Meg Mac, The Cat Empire and many more demonstrates his ability to cross genres and styles. Jan’s extensive film and TV composing credits include Red Dog, Bran Nue Dae, and the APRA Screen Music award winning Picnic at Hanging Rock, which he worked on with his father, respected screen composer Cezary Skubiszewski.
