After a meteoric career trajectory, Anna Laverty has established herself as one of Australia’s finest young producers.
Relocating to London, Anna secured herself a coveted role at Miloco Studios where she worked as an engineer under the guidance of multi-award winning producers Paul Epworth (Adele, Primal Scream, Foster The People) and Ben Hillier (Blur, Elbow, U2).
After working on albums for Florence and The Machine, Depeche Mode and Bloc Party amongst others, Anna returned to Australia to carve out her own niche as a producer.
Since then Anna has produced, engineered and mixed albums for celebrated Australian artists including Paul Dempsey, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, New Gods, Something for Kate, The Peep Tempel, Dallas Frasca, Meg Mac, Courtney Barnett, CutCopy, Jae Laffer and many, more.
Anna has spoken at the 2018 Melbourne Women in Film Festival, Guinness Amplify (Malaysia), Bigsound (QLD), Face the Music (VIC), AWME (VIC), WAM Conference (WA), Proof of Life Festival (SA) and InTune (NT). She has been guest lecturer to audio students at universities and colleges around the country and was a principal mentor for the APRA AMCOS Songmakers programme.
