Cezary Skubiszewski is a film and TV composer whose work has received international acclaim, winning awards from APRA AMCOS, Inside Film, the Film Critics Circle of Australia and more.
Cezary’s first film score was for Lilian’s Story (1996), staring Toni Collette. His work on the 1999 film Two Hands saw Cezary collect the APRA Screen Music Awards Best Film Score.
Audiences have heard Cezary’s work in a range of recent films: The Book of Revelation (2006), Blessed (2009), Night (2008), Bran Nue Dae (2009), Red Dog (2011) and The Sapphires (2012).
Cezary and his son Jan Skubiszewski composed the music for Picnic at Hanging Rock, which won Best Music for a Television Series or Serial at the 2018 APRA Screen Music Awards.
